Five-time Boston/New England Emmy Award-winning folklorist John Horrigan will present “Hide, Dig and Dash”, a presentation about great escapes during the Second World War. He’ll talk about a pair of men who hid in fox holes on Japanese-occupied Wake Island for nearly three months, the Great Escape, the Wooden Horse, the Channel Dash and the Colditz Birdmen.
