| The IRS has published some guidance on the Economic Impact Payments. Most eligible U.S. taxpayers will automatically receive their Economic Impact Payments including:
Individuals who filed a federal income tax for 2018 or 2019
Individuals who receive Social Security retirement, disability (SSDI), or survivor benefits
Individuals who receive Railroad Retirement benefits
For those individuals who don’t meet the above criteria and who do not have a filing requirement,
Listed below are two options:
1. TaxSlayer announced that they have implemented a special type of return (Economic Impact Payment) containing only personal and bank information for non-filers. See their blog post here.
