Bridge(Intermediate): Wednesdays 1:00-3:30pm.
Canasta: Thursdays 12:30 – 3:30pm.
Cribbage: Mondays 10:00 – 12:00pm.
Chess: Wednesdays 1:30 – 3:30pm.
Drop In watercolor class: Fridays at 11:30am and 1:45pm. Check the Monthly Calendar for dates.
Grief Support Group:1st Tuesday of the month at 10:00am.
Low Vision Support Group: 1st Thursday of the month at 1:00pm.
Making Memories Café: 3rd Tuesday of the month at 2:00pm.
Mahjong: Mondays 12:30 – 3:00pm.
Shine appointments: Every Tuesday. Call for an appointment time.
Stamp Club: 2nd Monday of the month at 10:00am.
Turn the Page Book Group: 3rd Wednesday of the Month at 1:00pm.
Uber Tech Clinic: Every Friday call for an appointment time.

Zumba Gold: 8 classes, Two sessions are offered: Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuesday classes are from 9:30am – 10:30 am. Thursday classes are from 11:00am – 12:00 pm.
Zumba Gold is a fun cardio class with low impact movements that are gentle to your joints. Each class is like a dance party with easy to follow steps. We end the class with balance prac9ce and stretch exercises to increase flexibility. Yachun (YC) is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor.
Fit for the Future: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 11:00am – 12:00pm. This is a drop-in class. Pay $4.00 fee at the front desk.
Instructor Lois Leav has been teaching the Fit for the Future class for the past 30 + years. It is a combo of stretching, dance and movement that will get your heart pumping. Lois’s play list always plays fun upbeat music.
Tai Chi: Mondays, 2:30 – 3:30 pm
Jon Woodward is a certified T’ai Chi instructor with many years of experience, and teaches at several local fitness clubs and senior centers in the MetroWest area. T’ai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise that enhances the flow of internal energy in the body utilizing slow, graceful movements .
Wellness Lab: Wednesdays, 1:00-2:00 pm
Learn practices of mindful awareness and gentle breathing exercises to help man- age stress and cultivate deeper gratitude and wellbeing in your life. Instructor: Lisa Campbell is the founder of Mindful Meditation, LLC . This class cultivates kindness, community & wellbeing.
Tap Dance: Thursdays, 9:15am – 10:00 am
For more than 25 years, the amazing Susan Craver has been teaching tap, ballet and jazz at MetroWest area dance studios to students of all ages. “Tapping is a style of dance that turns you into a musician, using your feet/tap shoes as the percussive instrument. Let’s dance!” – Susan Craver

Strength and Balance (Formerly SAIL): Thursdays 10:30am – 11:30 am
Join Derry Tanner, retired nurse, fellow Sudbury resident and certified personal trainer for Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL). SAIL is 45-minute safe and effective fitness class for adults 65+. Current class takes place via Zoom on Research-tested strength, balance and flexibility exercises will make you stronger, help you feel better and improve your balance.
Chair Yoga (Hybrid Class – In person and zoom): Fridays, 10:15 am – 11:30 am
Join Rebecca Reber for a gentle and relaxing class, with stretching. Yoga is excellent for loosening muscle tension and maintaining range of motion for the joints. Most of the class takes place while sitting.
